FOR WEST DISTRICT CHURCHES: If your church has a mission you need assistance funding, you can complete the application form below and return it to the West District Office, westamy@suddenlinkmail.com. The application will be presented to the District Strategy Team at their next meeting. You will then receive notification of approval / denial / or more information requested.
